They can simply claim you didn't have alcohol in your system, but you must be under the influence of marijuana. "I smelled marijuana" they will write (lie) in their report. And the court will accept it as Gospel truth!

So here's how this works.....a F'kn POS cop get fired and an individual get awarded a significant sum of money because a department refuses to comply with the law and appropriate process. The government needs to require all police to use a standardized breathalyzer test nation wide when checking anyone for drinking and driving. If the results are within legal limits the police must let the person go freely on their way. No cop saying I smell this or that BS. Waiting 4-6 months for a test to prove that you were innocent all along is NOT due process. The police depts. that do this should be required to pay each innocent person six figures for false arrest and false imprisonment. Shalom

As a former employee of a "big box store", inside the store is not a safe place to go into a storm. They are not built with a safe place to go. There are not many permanent walls, to provide shelter. The stores I worked in would let people in, but actually discouraged it for their own safety. Dealing with the roof collapsing, limited walls for shelter, and the counters in the aisles not attached, they just become large projectiles flying around.
